These FAQs are designed to provide a better understanding of our services of shared-ride shuttles or private transportation

How can I book one of BUSS transportation services ?

How much time in advance do I need to make a reservation ?

  • For a shared-ride shuttle we recommend to make your reservation while booking your flight or train ticket…
  • For a private van: the recommended delay is 48 hours before your transportation
  • Our reservation offices are open from 9 AM to 7 PM every day of the week. Outside of these hours, we will do our best to answer you as promptly as possible.

What types of payment are accepted?

  • You choose your type of payment when you place your reservation :
    • Credit card, with our bank secure payment system
    • Cash to be handed directly to the shuttle driver

Will my shared ride last longer than an individual ride ?

Your ride may be between 15 and 20 minutes longer than an individual ride.

  • Reservation modifications are possible by phone or Email, by giving the order reference number, up to 24 hours before your ride.
  •  After this deadline, any change has to be notified by phone
  • Changes are implemented without extra charge within the limits of a shuttle availability for an equivalent order, (i.e. type of transfer and number of passengers)
  • Should the proposals made by BUSS not suit  you, then you are free to cancel the reservation.
  • Modification or cancellation of any order cannot be accepted without its BUSS reference number.

How long do I have to modify or cancel a reservation ?

  • Reservation modifications are possible by phone or Email up to 24 hours before your ride, by giving the order reference number.
After this deadline, any change has to be notified by phone
  • Reservation cancellations are possible by Email or phone, up to 24 hours before your ride. After this deadline, cancellations should be made either by phone or text message.
In any case your BUSS reservation number will be necessary to complete the cancellation.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my reservation  and how much will it be ?

BUSS refund policy is :
  • For a cancellation made more than 24 hours before the reserved transport : 90%
  • For a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the reserved transport : no refund
  • However if the cancellation has been caused by the delay or cancellation of a train or a flight upon arrival : 90%
In any case, a minimum amount of 10% of the transport cost will be charged for handling fees

How many pieces of luggage can I bring aboard my shuttle  et of which size ?

  • In a shared-ride shuttle, we accept a regular size luggage + a carry on luggage (according to airlines rules)
  • In a private van, the available space is yours : you can bring as much luggage as you wish, while taking the overall vehicle space and the authorized weight into account. However, these pieces of luggage have to be easy to handle.

How many persons can my van transport ?

Each shuttle can transport up to 8 people with a small piece of luggage (i.e. carry on luggage) or up to 6 people with more luggage (see above).
